A primary focus of TOPPS is to educate students to optimize performance in persons who evidence uniquely shared skill sets within specified cultures (e.g., athletes, police, military, musicians, firefighters). Students learn to develop, prepare, disseminate, and evaluate training and applied research initiatives that are supported by evidence and focused on performance optimization through skill development.
